Mobile Banking Demo

About this Demo

This Demo was recorded at Ethrix headquarters on February 26, 2009.
For the purpose of the demonstration the caller is making a video call to an Ethrix Mobile Banking video service. After the service answers the call, the caller is asked to choose an option from the service menu by saying the chosen option with his own voice. The system recognizes the caller's choice with its embedded Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) capabilities and allows the caller to interactively navigates in the service. At the same time the touch tone keys (DTMF) are also active and allow navigation as well. At the end of the demonstration the caller chooses the option of connecting to the bank’s call center. The video call is converting its voice channel to a regular voice call and forwards the call to the call center while the video cannel is active presenting the bank’s logo.
