Call Recording Service

Ethrix Call Recording Service enables you to record video calls and voice calls in real-time without any investment on recording systems and without having to install any hardware or software in you handset or telephone directory.

Private Customer Configuration

• Incoming or outgoing voice or video call recordings.
• Live voice and video recording of the handset's device physical environment.
• The recording file is stored for a preconfigured time period on the service provider servers.
• The recording file can be sent directly to a specified e-mail address or to an e-mail distribution list.
• The recording file can be downloaded to a handset or to a PC

Business customer configuration

• Constant monitoring and recording of all calls.
• The recording files are stored at the service provider servers.
• All recordings are listed and accessible via a web based management tool.
• Filtering mechanism can point out which calls have certain attributes e.g. longer then a certain duration.
• Optional keyword spotting within the call. The service can identify calls the contained certain predefined words.
